History

I was born and brought up within our family restaurants which were owned by my grandparents. This made it easy for me to obtain bar and chef work while studying at University.

I began creating my own decorating techniques from my kitchen while raising three children on my own, eventually opening successful cake shops and publishing a book. Today I focus on teaching and designing standout cakes, combining my background in art and design with a love for creative, rule-free cake making.
